How to Print Wedding Envelopes at Home

This step-by-step guide shows how to design and print wedding envelopes using Envelo.love templates. You’ll upload a CSV address list, export a print-ready PDF, and print on A7 (5×7) or A6 (6×4).

1) Choose Your Envelope Size

Most wedding invitations use A7 (5×7 in); RSVPs often use A6 (6×4 in). All Envelo.love templates are pre-sized for these formats and export at exact dimensions, which makes printing straightforward.

2) Pick a Template

Open the template catalog and choose a style that fits your wedding — minimalist, modern, or script. Templates open in the browser; no software to install.

3) Upload Your Address List (CSV)

Download the sample CSV and keep one row per envelope: Name, Street, City, State, ZIP. Avoid merged cells and extra line breaks.

4) Customize Fonts and Layout

Use the editor to adjust fonts, sizes, spacing, and positioning. For best readability, keep body text at least 6–8 pt and use high-contrast colors (dark ink on light paper).

5) Export a Print-ready PDF

Click “Save” to generate a high-resolution PDF that includes all envelopes from your CSV. You can preview before printing.

6) Print at Home or a Print Shop

  • Paper size: choose Envelope A7 (5×7) or A6 (6×4) in the printer dialog.
  • Scale: set to 100% (disable “Fit to page”).
  • Tray: use the rear/manual feed if available; insert envelopes face-down as your printer requires.
  • Quality: select “Best” or “Photo” for inkjets; for lasers choose “Thick”/“Cardstock”.
  • Alignment: print one test page first; if text shifts, try “Center” alignment and turn off auto scaling.

Prefer a shop? Take the generated PDF on a USB drive or email it to a local print shop — it’s already set up for professional printing.
